At PMJ Supply Co., we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective. If a custom order needs to be returned for any reason other than being faulty, a production or manufacturer's cost will be deducted from the refund or replacement amount.
Standard Items
Standard, non-customised items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A refund or exchange will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@permanentjewelrysouthafrica.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover return shipping for faulty items and offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- Email sales@permanentjewelrysouthafrica.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos.
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item to: PMJ Supply Co., 17 Signal Avenue, Dawnview, Germiston, 1401
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Additional Notes
- Shipping costs for non-faulty returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Permanent jewellery chains are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
